Our Principal, Stephen Darrison, founded SD Capital Management's parent company, SGD Enterprises, in 1988. For more than 30 years, SGD has been engaged in the acquisition, management, ownership, and disposition of Los Angeles area properties. Stephen Darrison
Principal
Founder of SGD Enterprises (parent company of SD Capital Management and SD Property Management) in 1988 and has been engaged in the acquisition, ownership, management and disposition of multi-family properties for 30+ years within the Los Angeles area. Throughout the course of his career Stephen has had the ability to be intimately involved in each rung of the ladder that comprises the broader corporate structure. Stephen takes a very active approach to every investment, dedicating the necessary time and expertise to ensure the successful management of each individual asset.
